Learning How to Learn

People create resumes to seek employment. A resume reflects someone’s experience. But a persons experience does not reflect knowledge of anything accept that which they have experienced in the past.

You might say that your experience has taught you what not to do and what to do. The question then becomes not to or to do with what? If you have 20 years experience in any particular skill set or industry did that experience teach anything that is relevant today or tomorrow? Maybe but not likely unless you’ve learned how to learn.
